How to place an order?
Placing an order is as simple as 1,2,3 on Simple follow the given steps:

-> Navigate to any product page which you would like to purchase.
-> Select the product variant and the quantity to order and then click on 'Add to cart' button.
-> Add as many products you would like to purchase to the cart.
-> To checkout, click on the cart on top right of your screen and select 'View Cart' button.
-> Confirm the cart items from the cart page and then click on 'Check Out' button.
Note: Minimum cart value must be INR 300 to place an order
-> Enter the details as asked in the form for delivery purpose and then click on 'Continue to Shipping'.
-> Select the shipping and then click on 'Continue to Payment'.
-> Select the payment method and then click on 'Complete Order'.
-> Complete the payment online if you have selected Razorpay as payment options and then its done!
-> You will receive a confirmation mail from our team which will have the information about the delivery.
Home delivery option
We offer home delivery services in Nagpur, Maharashtra. For deliveries outside Nagpur, kindly send a mail to with subject 'Delivery request outside Nagpur'.
-> Orders of value lesser than INR 750 will be charged with INR 50 as delivery charge.
-> Orders of value more than INR 750 will have no delivery charge.
-> Orders with delivery inside Nagpur will be delivered in 2 working days.
-> Orders outside Nagpur will take around 5-7 working days for delivery depending on the order value and the location for delivery.
What is the process of Cancellations and Refunds?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 3-days Refund Policy:
-> If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer refund depending upon several factors.
-> Timing: we have a 3-days Refund Policy, since the day item was received.
-> For Refunds, please email to with the subject 'Refunds Claim' and include your order number, name and the reason for the claim.
-> When the claim is received, the customer service team will inspect the case and intimate the customer through a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
-> If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and credited automatically to the customer's original payment method in 5-7 business days by Razorpay.

Cancellation Policy:
-> Orders can be cancelled till 24 hours from the time of order placement.
-> Orders cannot be cancelled once the items are out for delivery.
-> For Cancellations, please email to with the subject 'Cancellation Request' and include your order number, name and the reason for the request.
-> In case of succesfull cancellation request, the order will be cancelled by our team and any money if paid during order placement will be refunded after cutting a convenience cost of 2%.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
-> We accept secure payments Razorpay payment gateway.
-> Razorpay accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets & PayPal.
-> We also accept offline payments via Cash on Delivery.
